This company recorded my dance studio's recital. They offered the finished product in VHS and DVD. The VHS were poor quality and the DVDs wouldn't play at all.
Even when EVERYONE who received the DVD complained, they only made excused about us having scratched them or having cheap DVDs players. Even though we proved that the problem was in the recording of the DVD they refused to replace them.
Also, when reports with the BBB and lawsuits were filed against this company, they continued their lies and refused to show up for court.
If you are looking to record a special event in your life, AVOID this company! Your memories will be lost forever!
