Mr Rack the owner of Housecalls Home Improvements contracted with me to remodel my home. He collected 50% down and walked off the job and never finished even one item in the contract. I found out that he was working without a contractor's license and without insurance. The day he walked off the job, I was at the hospital picking up my daughter and new granddaughter (born) Feb 6.
Mr Rack had gutted my bathrooms and put the toilet into the shower stall and the bathtub which left me with no bathrooms to use and no shower. My house was an absolute mess and when I tried to contact him, he refused to take my call. He says that I screwed him. I ask you, I paid him almost $5000.00 and he did not complete anything contracted for. He worked only a couple of hours a day and took some items from my home the day he walked off the job. He also left all of his equipment in my house every day and made an absolute mess. Please don't EVER USE HOUSECALLS HOME IMPROVEMENTS to do any work unless you want to get ripped off.
