Generations Moving of south Florida ruined multiple pieces of furniture, refused to pay for the damages, and avoided all phone calls and mail with regards to the complaint. The three male movers acknowlegded their careless behavior and commented that it would not be a problem to get reimbursed for the damage they caused. The damage included a $350 coffee table with deep scratches and dented wooded top, a $200 BBQ grill with a broken lid, and a dropped television.
The owner of Generations Moving, Michael, was extremely rude when the complaint was filed and actively avoided all contact via phone, fax, and mail. The moving date was in August and as of March they have not paid any monetary reimbursement.
