Ripoff fraudulent billing on credit card unauthorized

I received a charge on my credit card for My Perfect Credit Inc. Which I did not authorize. I tried to call the number listed. You get all recordings. The one to unsubscribe keeps repeating the information without taking you anywhere to unsubscribe. The one to speak to customer service, keeps you on hold forever and then just hangs up on you.
