Breach of contract fraud and theft India customer service

I ordered a free 30 day tiral on the 7th and decided to upgrade to the pro service which would allow incoming and outgoing faxes. After two days on the 9th I could not fax out. My account had a message saying account suspended for redit card authorization. It said resubmit info and so i did. The original info was correct but for shnitz and giggles i sent again. Still no recieving my faxes. Called several times to the INDIAN customer service. The service was down for two weeks out of the three. They would not refund any of the money i paid to subscribe. Would not honor the 30 day trial. They would also not give me the two weeks of service back. I was not able to send fax but could recieve. Recieve is free. And recieve is also free for the trial account. They cut my service off and did not even give me the 30 days i paid for. The account was only 21 days old. I was billed for an entire month.

I called several times... Routed to India and then to America. These guys will steal and not give you what you paid for.

30$ down the tube... Calling my MC to see if I can get anywhere there.
