Efax says it has a free trial fax service. I sent several faxes based on this advertisement.
I was maliciously billed 40 dollars without reason or cause. I called efax 7 times. I was put on hold for more than three hours. Thereafter during hurricane sandy these shysters took 30 dollars out of my account without my consent or authority and in contradiction to their alleged free trial period. Please note i signed up 10/24 and i was criminally billed by 10/30. Efax stole money from me and have a horrific/non existent escalated customer service. I am disgusted with the treatment received. The are acting like a ripoff company. I was maliciously billed and they have dodged my questions. They are deliberately not communicating and should not be advertised as a communications company. I want my money bck, and apology, a reason for maliciously deducting money from my account without authority, consent, reason or cause
