I ordered and payed with my credit card on April 24th two leather jackets order#950 and #856 from Just-Leather.com I paid more than US$300 and received nothing.
I called them, I mailed them, nothing... No response. It seems as though there is not a single operator or customer service representative available for customers inquires.
If yoy check their webpage www.Just-Leather.com you'll notice that to contact them you have to fill in a form, this is to distract you. They will not reply. They say they have a live chat service, this is a hoax. A few months ago they had a number, I called for several days in a row and there was only an answering machine.
I began to research on the internet and found out that I was not the only one. This is an internet company dedicated to steal from people. I'm so upset. The worst thing is that I received no refund or my product. This page is still operating stealing from other people.
