Ripoff we should get more than just a refund, we should get combat pay Florida

I have been trying to deal with Members Edge since November. They keep on saying that they will cancel the service & refund my money. The next month my phone bill comes & it stars all over again.

It is impossible to speak to a supervisor or manager. The people working there are so rude, they hang up on you.

I think we should get more than just a refund, we should get combat pay.
