As I was moving I asked Verizon about the amount of charges for call forwarding. Was only told the $16 service charge plus long-distance charges from the old to the new number. The actual bill showed over $100 more charges in connection and subscriber line fees... Etc.
In fact the forwarding bill was higher than my previous monthly bill. Called Verizon three times, but they refuse to drop these charges.
I now have to file a small claim against them.
