I used Twisted Toad once before with great results. Then I made an order in October. I contacted them after waiting patiently for their 3 weeks to be up. They told me that they were doing their best to correct an issue to insure that this delay would not happen. It was recorded on their site that they made that comment.
After I waited, giving them the benifit of the doubt (because I am like that). Then contacted them after a month. Nothing, I tried many times since then to contact them. Unfortunately now they have 31 dollars and some change from me and nothing was ever shipped. This makes me untrusting in general now, because I did try over and over to get a response from them. I got their phone number from my bank today, and its been disconnected.
I would like really to see something done to make them have to pay back what they stole. But at the least, I would like an explanation as to why suddenly they stopped being a good provider.
