Shirts ordered 8/20 and 8/21/04 for a Breast Cancer Tournament. Received 9/15 three days after the tournament was over.
I e-mailed Casual Apparel Warehouse, received Returned Merchandise Authorizations (RMA's) and returned shirts on 9/20.
No credit was received for the return and neither company will respond to my letter (I think the Layton, Utah address is just a shipping warehouse) or repeated e-mails. I can not even find out if the return was received.
