In June of Kathleen Duffy, owner of Twisted Sisters Gifts, started to represent/sell my luxury baby blankets in the state of Ohio. Ms. Duffy contacted me via email on September 27 to place a personal order for herself for a monogrammed blanket and designer diaper wipe case. I fulfilled the order and she received it, along with the invoice for the order on October 10. She has refused to pay for the item, at first citing that "she forgot due to being very busy", then "she had fallen down the stairs, and couldn't leave her house for 2 weeks", and finally she just stopped answering my emails. She has stolen goods from me, and given them to someone else as a gift.
Since I live in New Jersey, and she operates her thievery in Ohio, she thinks I am unable to reach her. She is obviously a liar and manipulator. Even thought the total of her theft is only $74.40, it does not make it right for her to steal from me. It makes me wonder how many other merchants she is supposed to be "representing" she has actually stolen from?
