I always had my haircut at SuperCuts near Albertson at
Pleasant Valley & Riverside for about a year because it is the closest place to my apartment. A big fat hispanic lady with partially dyed blond hair working there is discrimatory against asian customer and extremely unpleasant.
I had hair cut from her several times and now that is enough. Everytime she would ask me how long since I had my last haircut, as if she thinks I am insanitary and are trying to save money on haircut.in fact last time I had haircut from her six weeks ago she screwed it up, I had to go there again two weeks later to have another haircut, fortunately from someone who did a better job.
She only spent like 5 minutes and cut my hair carelessly, and left cut hair all over my head and my clothes, which I noticed later. There was unusually large amount of cut hair attached to my shirts that even if I washed it in laundary there was still substantial amount left. She tried to sell me a wash, which I have never seen anyone bought in that hair salon. Obviously because I refused to buy the wash she intentionally left cut hair on my head and on my cloth.
Why do I have to spent $13 and get a bad haircut, large amount of cut hair left on my head, a shirt full of hair attached, and a very unplesant feeling? There are many other hair salons that cost less and I certainly will never visit SuperCuts there in future. I sincerely hope management there see this message and fire her.
