I found an interesting shareware product called SysTrayX, and decided to order it. I found it listed on the Digital Candle website and placed an order.
The following day, I received an e-mail from the publishers of the software, indicating that Digital Candle wasn't authorized to sell the software. They said that they notified Digital Candle and asked them to issue a refund.
Shortly thereafter, I received an e-mail from Digital Candle saying that they had issued a refund.
It's now over 30 days since they claim that they issued the refund, and no refund has posted to my credit card.
First they fraudulently "sell" a product that they're not authorized to sell, then their alleged refund never posts. How do you spell "rip-off"?
