Company said they would sent a 14 day supply free (you pay shipping and then 21 days later they would auto ship a month's supply.
I ordered 14 day supply on 26 January 05. Received Feb 2,05. Thought my 21 days before a new shipment would start then. No Way, I Cancelled membership on 15 February 05. Received email on 17 February that a shipment had been sent before my cancellation received which was before 21 days.
To receive a credit I will have to pay to return the shipment.
When I checked the tracking Number they gave me, it was not in the system, they had no record of the shipment.
If I refuse the shipment they will send it again and charge me a new handling fee.
Could see no results from using the supplement for my Welsh Corgi every day since the sample was received.
Customer service representative offered no help.
