A company called several times offering cell phone service, I told them I was intersted, but when I recieved the information I changed my mind and threw all they sent away, then I starting seeing charges on my phone bill, for a service I didnt want and have never used, I contacted Qitel, they were very rude, I could hardly get a mailing address out of them, they refused to help me in anyway, they did cancel the service, but said I was still responsible for the past charges. I disagree!
