Qitel did not send info to me that was supose to be sent within 2 wks. I have been charged for services i did not get to use and when i called qitel they played the recorded message where i agreed to try there service but at the end of the conversation where i was asking and confirming what i was agreeing to was cut off i asked to here the rest of the conversation and was told the telemarketers only have a certain amount of time on the phone that i could not here the rest of the conversation!!!
So as it stands i have to pay for this service that i received no information on!!! At this time, so they say, they have cancelled this voicemail from my telephone. I was told to send a letter of dipute to qitel explaining why i should not have to pay this bill! This is not right!
