Qitel called me and ask if I would like a free pager with an 800 number. I was taped agreeing to this. My mom got very sick and was placed on life support the day after this phone call. Needless to say... I forgot about it.
When the first charge appeared I called and was told they would stop it. I NEVER recieved anything in the mail from them. So when I called to find out what I was being charged for, they told me and when I told them I never got anything they said they would stop it.
This has gone on since last year in May. I have called twice more and been told the same thing. So I called my local phone service and they gave me a number to call that was different from the one I had. I called them and they refuse to credit my account or give me any money back. They are a total bunch of Rip-offs! Do Not Ever accept anything from this company!!
