I've been contacted by a bill collector for SprintPCS, saying that I owe them at least 1000 dollars for a cell phone I NEVER had. I contacted Sprint, the first customer service rep. Talked down to me, she was so rude I felt like crying. She accused me of lying, and told me that I had received bills at my address, and that making a fraudelant statement was not going to get me out of paying them!
I contacted the state of georgia consumer affairs department so that these people would no longer contact me. Spring insists that I pay them and it's on my credit report!!! I asked them to send me a fraud package, and no such luck!!!
I've NEVER had a phone with them due to the fact that my cell phone is paid for through my father's business, and also that my friends with sprint have bad service!!
