Received email confirmation from urbanflorist.com of my order.
Around 1P.M., no delivery received, and after 4 emails during the day to [email protected] and 4 calls, NO SHOW, NO delivery was received.
It is reasonable to request a Full Refund, since urbanflorist.com has failed.
