I ordered a soccer jersey in May from soccer4less.net, they said they shipped the order. When I did not receive it after 5 weeks I emailed them and they said order would be reshipped. I've sent emails every month since and most don't get answered. I keep asking for a refund but only get a reply of "allow 2-4 weeks for delivery".
Most emails don't get answered and my refund requests get ignored. There's no where to turn when the merchant ignores you.
