NCO purchased list from Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton Fl all of it's outstanding receivables. They are attempting to collect from me on a debt that was paid to another agency months ago. They are refusing to verify the debt and have already posted collection activity on my credit report.
They cannot valkidate the debt as requested via a certified letter and they refuse to remove the derogatory statement on my credit report.
