Work at home scam. I wanted to have a website created and advertise for a commision. They charge $500 for the website creation then after the website creation they called asking for $4000 so they could advertise for me. I told them that 'work at home' meant that I would do the advertising - not pay them to work for me. When I tried to advertise on my own I found out the pharmacy web site is illegal in the state of Kansas because it does not have a Verified Internet Pharmacy Practice Site Decal and is not licensed in Kansas. At first I thought that Bill Todd had made an honest mistake - but found out that this is a complete scam when he refused to refund the money - even though he guaranteed me that this was legal in Kansas when I purchase it.
