I purchased several hundred dollars of jewelry from this company. The jewelry I recieved I was happy with. However, I did purchas an engagement ring for a family member and never recieved it.
They contacted me and said that they were resending it in December. I waited and waited and still nothing. The wedding is in less than two weeks and I'm tired of playing around with this.
Now they don't even email me back. I tried a compromise where I would be willing to accept another ring but have heard nothing back. I'm really disappointed, look bad to my family, and have a niece that I have to find another ring for really quickly that I can afford myself because she certainly will not pay for another ring.
I feel as though they strung me along long enough not to be able to get my money back from paypal. Now that the time is up I'm just out of luck. Bad business policy.
