Before you buy from OPTICSFAST.com please read the emails I received from BECKY simply asking for a return call to discuss a $700 order. This company has poor customer service. These are the actual replies I received:

Email 1
“I am too swamped to make calls.
I gave you a discount. I am not here to talk, I am here to give good deals in VOLUME.”

Email 2
“Off you go…
I have x amount of hours with x amount of staff to make x amount of money”

Email 3
“You are Y, you don’t fit into my formula.
I would not lift a finger to call a $100 order.

Add 2 more zero’s maybe I will call you then.”

Final Email
“I got 340 orders since Friday.
Your money …hmmm how I can say this in a nice way?
Well since you posted a review.. I can say it in a mean way…. SUCK IT”

Don’t buy anything from this company! BEWARE
