AVOID FROM FRAUD OPTICSFAST
ATTENTION PLEASE;
Im not only the one that who is cheated by opticsfast and i want to warn everyone as possible as i can.
Firstly I want to tell that
HOW TO APPLY COMPLAINT ABOUT FRAUD OPTICSFAST;
Im sure there is a lot of customer like me that who is cheated by opticsfast and still try to call or correspond by email with them. YOU MUST NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ANYMORE.

You must NOT waste your time with non-stop emails with them and you must NOT waste your money with telephone expenses to call them.
They are already PROFESSIONAL OF FRAUD and nothing will change if you dont apply to complaint.

They do many different fakes but I will tell only one of their fake about my case.
They show many eyeglases and sunglases at opticsfast.com as available but infact not in their stock.
They especially didnt update their web site and make it possible to purchase out of stock items with low price. Then I purchased by credit card.
Then I received an email from BECKY (customer service staff) about there was some problem with my order.
Firstly she said that item is DISCONTINUED and she tried to sale to me other sunglasses with kind words. I didnt accept but money is already taken from my credit card and I asked about refund.
And suddenly she said that she found the item that which I purchased and she sent to me.
I was shocked at when I open the box,
IT WAS OLD, USED and BROKEN SUNGLASSES and i sent some photos to BECKY.
She said that it was sent accidentally and she asked to me "WOULD I KEEP IT IF THEY MAKE DISCOUNT" and BECKY was so RUDE and never apologized for that.
Sunglasses was already out of use and I asked to refund again.
*THEN PLEASE BE CAREFUL FOR THIS POINT*
Their horrible fake is LIKE THIS;
they will send RMA number (kind of Return number for their policy) to you
AND if you accept to send back before they refund to you
then THEY will let you pay one more time shipping cost and they will deduct from your money as RESTOCKING FEE.
I think the sunglasses that which i received is already sold and returned many times.
By the way they can earn minimum from each purchase.
Because you will be pay all of shipping costs (2 ways, receive and send back).
Now Im preparing file with evidences and will make application to FTC Bureau and FBI-Cyber Crimes Department, United States Department of Justice-Computer Crime & Intellectual Property Section, Better Business Bureau, NYC Consumer affairs.
I already wrote their links above for apply complaint.
Mostly everyone give up write NON-STOP emails with BECKY, even you call by phone nothing will be changed. This is one of special tactics of opticsfast and BECKY's to let you bore and give up all of it.
PLEASE AVOID FROM THEM. I will continue to warn everyone and I will let everyone know the result of my lawful applications.
