Rude Staff Refuse to Listen During Claim Denial Appeal

Both Joyce Brown (1-877-225-7625 EXT. 6192) and Monica Morales (EXT. 6167) are rude and very unprofessional and refuse to allow anyone other than them to speak. I do not understand Monica because of her heavy accent. They come up with their own conclusions and do not want to hear anything else. They automatically deny all the claims and hope not to hear from you again. They are the worst to deal with, and it also seems that only they work there.
