Osmi morales m.D., excessive/improper fraud billing, inflated 3 day in hospital bill when patient was there 4.5 hrs.!!! Larkin and doctors hospital fined 15 million by federal government (look it up). If patient asks about billing, all staff is hostile, dr. Morales refuses to return your records. This group will destroy medicine and the patients that continue to allow this kind of unprofessional/illegal activity to continue. This is all true... There are 100's of patients waiting to refill pain meds on tues & thurs, overflow of patients into the parking area. How can a patient be seen in 4 min. And at most visits you only see "medical assistants". Not a m.D., not a a.R.N.P. See a doctor that really cares!!! Don't go here... Check the public record...
