After signing contract, paying 2 months in advance, and signing up for automatic bank drafts, Pro Alert was scheduled three times to wire my home for security service and never showed up for the installation. Despite my phone calls, they have never returned them. It is now 1.5 years later and $400.00 later. They refuse to issue credit for the monitoring service never received. They now want to install my system and continue to bill me without any credit for their error. Most companies would attempt to repair the damaged relationship and offer some type of remedial effort. Not Pro Alert who wants me to pay for services not received. They are an extremely dishonest company.
