Sent wrong item and no help replacing

Sent wrong item because same item # as what was ordered. Cust serv cant tell me when someone will respond to me. Said someone should call in a couple of days. Nobody can tell me how this happened or if they stock the item I ordered. Told me to send back and reorder. What a joke!
