I have just discovered that OAN has been billing me for USA Voicemail on my SBC bill for the last four months. I get an e-bill not a paper bill every month, so I did not check the details every month. The bill had gone up, but I had changes in Internet services and I had started calling Europe. I finally decided to check the details of my services and discovered OAN at the very end of my bill.
I don't know who they are or anything about USA Voicemail! I called SBC and she asked if I had any telemarketer calls or pop-ups. I have blocked sells calls on my phone and I have blocked all pop-ups on my computer. So I have no idea how I unknowingly became an OAN customer. I did put a block on all third party billing on by SBC account. I know this can't be legal!
