I was billed on my SBC phone bill. The first month I called and DEMANDED the charg be reversed seeing how I didn't even know what services they offered. A woman assured me that the charges would be taken off my bill. For two more months the fees have been added and the original charges were never taken off. I tried to call everytime I opened a bill but have yet to talk to a real person. I will keep calling as should everyone who has been ripped off.
