Cox Communications is dishonest and employs illegal business methods. I've had exactly the same wire and web providers together for that previous year. The very first couple of months were good, then my payment started to increase every month (despite the fact that I never made adjustments to my support). Everytime I named them about these dubious "extra" charges, I'd need to claim together, talk to a "boss" who'd subsequently eliminate these "extra" charges. Our statement could be good to get a couple of months after which these costs seems again. Lastly today was the final straw when my "regular" $79 bill increased to $94. I had been compelled to contact them again and claim and was informed the "unique" I'd been getting had finished. After I registered for my providers, I had been NEVER informed the "unique" might finish after a lot of weeks. Like a matteroffact, I questioned if my statement might stay exactly the same throughout my 2-year agreement and was informed "yes" which "the statement wont change if you don't include or fall providers" (and that I did not).
