Toys r us customer service - ninja turtle shellcase

Dear ms. Waugh,

My wife and i are disgusted with toys r us poor attitude, service, and total lack of business acumen. We have spent 4 hours trying to buy a ninja turtle shell raiser, non motorized, for our grandson. We have spent more than 4 hours trying to buy the product. Walmart who had a much better price than toys r us unfortunately sold out. We did an internet search for inventory and was shown that your burbank store had inventory. We called the store and they said they do not have any but had a truck to unload at night. We called the following morning and spent 15 minutes waiting for an inventory check. A man said he had 6 units in aisle 5. We asked if he could put 1 on hold as we have a 1/2 hour drive to the store. He of course said no. My wife went direct to the store and was told they have none and had not unloaded the truck. The clerk my wife spoke to said and i quote " you believed us". I also called your orland park store and waited 10 minutes for an inventory answer and was told that there were none on the shelf but that they probably had more in an unloaded truck at the back of the store. You obviously have a serious attitude problem with employees, poorly managed logistics and an despicable inability to provide reasonable customer service. I searched for phone information on chicago district managers but had no success. We have no such problems with amazon, a stellar competitor. I am going to share our experience with many!
