My husband went to the CVS in Plano at 15th and Independence a little before 4:00 P.M. 11/24. He was looking for Mylanta and did not find it so asked one of the pharmacy employees. The employee just yelled out "aisle 17 on the left — if you don't find it we don't have it." Didn't find it so went back and asked for help finding malox. The employee again said, "aisle 17 on the left — if you don't find it we don't have it." This was just the last straw as we are treated this way by the pharmacy employees every time we asked their help. Worst customer service. Even though this CVS is just down the street from us, we will not go in that store again.
