I had a bad experience with Living Social and tried to close my account permanently. There is no way to do this. I have been going back and forth with them for several weeks now trying to get them to close my account. (I don't want them being able to add me to their numbers when claiming how many users they have.) They send me generic emails saying they will close my account but it never gets closed. Is there any way to take legal action against them to force them to close my account?
