When the Havaina deal that Living Social put on last August fell apart, i though that they had handled it really well and seemed genuinely concerned that it had happened - good service since it was out of their hands. HOWEVER, it is now March and I still have not received them. I wrote to Living Social numerous times to ask what was happening and if I got a response at all it was usually a generic email to tell me that they would be with me soon-usually by some month that had already passed. I even phoned to get it sorted - and they told me it was all ship shake but nothing happened. I even wrote to ask how to make a complaint and got no response. More than the fact that the process has not been managed well, I am really angry at how the customer service has been handled. I have spent a lot of money with them over the year and feel lied to, ignored, cheated and frustrated. I now just want to close my account. I should have been attended to straight away - at least when my queries turned to complaints. Appalling service.
