I went to the branch in Cambridge with my daughter who has special needs for her 21st birthday to purchase a bear, the young girl stuffing my daughter's bear didn't talk much and never offered the heart with which you make your special wish, so my daughters bear went without. I gave the young man the money off voucher we had, which he acknowledged but when I checked the till receipt later found he did not use. We found the whole visit to buildabear that day a let down compared too previous experiences.
