I placed an order with Printerpix on 11th sep for a 8" x 6" Landscape Photo Hardcover Photo Book (20 pages). The order number was 6236170. Ideally it takes 21 days for the order to be delivered. I called printerpix numerous times but nobody seems to answer the calls. I was always kept on hold and once even for 17 mins. I wrote to printerpix customer care also twice. Every time i was alloted a new complaint number along with a message saying that somebody will get in touch with you in next 2-3 business days. I never received any reply in terms of a phone call or a email reply.
