Ripoff! Customer no service! Supervisor won't return call

I purchased the "Perfect Penny" calling card with no connect fee for $5.00. After making only 2 one minute calls - I only had $4 left. I called the company and they put $5 back on. I then made 3 more two minute calls and only had $3 left.

I called them back several more times regarding this same problem - the supervisor wouldn't call me back and their answer was to "just hurry up and use the card before the rest of the minutes disappear". What a disappointment.
