I know this is a difficult time for those that feel they have been lied and cheated to. Those that have been impacted are going to either forget about it (which is what David is banking on) or take some action. Call the local attorney general in Norristown or local to the area office you were associated with. The attorney general for Norristown is 610.631.5920 or 610.631.5970. This is why these organizations are there. If enough people call, they will open up a case. Granted we may all not see any money from this organization, but we can STOP him from doing this to others. This web site is not enough. Contact your local officials and let them know, especially for those that know he has done this before. If David is truly a scam artist, then he must be stopped and we are the only ones that can stop him.
Do it! It is only time. You can make a difference. Don't think this is time wasted. He bets on a percentage of people who are embarassed and just drop it.
