I was amazed when I first saw this machine demonstrated at the baby show in Birmingham that i just had to buy one! The way it made the bottle at the right temperature is such a brilliant idea, and it was so easy to use! Now my baby is nearly 3 weeks old and I am already on my 4th perfect prep machine after taking them back and swapping them at Babies 'r' us. The first machine we had cut out for no reason after we followed all instructions that came with it, and no power would go to the machine this was after 2 days of use! The second machine we had, had the same problem this was after nearly 2 weeks of use. I then returned this machine back to Babies 'r' us and they explained if the water in the tank gets higher then a certain temperature it cuts out, they said if this happens again empty the water and replace it with cold water and it should work, I still swapped it for a brand new machine. OK, I'll give this machine another chance since I think its brilliant and saves so much time. When i finally got the 3rd machine I was thinking ok 3rd time lucky, but no, the machine is now leaking out the bottom! I came down in the night to make a feed and the work surface was soaking! Now I am on my 4th machine! I still think its a brilliant idea but the they neeed work as they don't work perfectly. Tommee Tippee you need to review this product!
