Omo multiactive & my garments

I washed my garments using Omo Multiactive. My set of duvet cover embroidery and jersey were bleached. I contacted Unilever SA and they sent a courier to come fetch my garments In response they denied that its the powder soap that damaged my garments, however acknowledging that my pink jersey: "it was noticed that bleach staining was visible".
