Both my husband and I decided to try Jillian Michael's 14 Day Cleanse and Burn from a recommendation from a pleased customer. We purchased from Target and noticed on the package if we were not completely satisfied we could return the product within 30 days from purchase for a full 100% refund, satisfaction guarantee. We purchased them for a total cost of $42.52 on July 27th from the Lisbon, CT Target. We were diligent about taking the product as recommended and saw no results.
Well much to my disappointment, Target would not honor your guarantee!!! Lot # 123879 exp: 04/16 and Lot #123843 exp: 10/15.
I was very upset with Target and will be contacting the corporate office as well. I told the supervisor that if they are not going to honor the guarantee, then maybe they should not sell the product. I will be advising the corportate office as well and perhaps you should reconsider selling your products through Target as they will not back your word!
I am anxious to hear back from you at your earliest convenience as this should be handled in a timely manner.
