Jessica is an extremely rude, loud and obnoxious cashier. There was a problem with the coupon - (known problem. According to her this happens all the time) was told there was nothing she could do. Ask to see a manager. She then calls manager and tells manager there is an irate customer up front. I was not irate just frustrated with the rudeness and unprofessionalism of Jessica. She would not allow me to speak at all and kept talking over me. The manager was clueless about the coupon. After he read the coupon he said I was correct and the coupon was correct but he couldn't fix it. I will never shop at Dick's again. I have been a long time customer but no more. There is no excuse for a cashier to speak to anyone like this. I was embarrassed. I was also embarrassed for her because she made herself look like a total idiot.
