I was recently given as a birthday gift a Levi sa T'Shirt, which still had the shop tag on it. It is evident that it is brand new and never been worn. Since I already had the same shirt in the same colour, I went to Levi sa Cresta to change the shirt, and was advised by the Levi shop Cresta to take a hike in that I had not bought it there and it was not their problem - major bad attitude. I then went into Stuttafords who also stock the range and was also told no till slip, no exchange - ie get lost.
I have a major problem with this - the fact is from the shirts in the shop it seems the shirt cost R299.00 - in the bigger scheme of things not even money - so now it means you cannot exchange a gift it is incorrect - moral of the story, NEVER buy anything from Levi SA Cresta or Stuttafords Cresta, be it a gift or an item for yourself - no service, nor any customer relations.
