Almost identical problem to neveragain11. Ordered 2 pairs of Levi jeans from Levi.com and was sent one pair of different jeans in a smaller size. Address label, packing slip and return label all showed my name & address but goods were not as I had ordered. Contacted Levi by phone and e-mail and so far they've done nothing but fob me off. Still waiting for them to contact me again (they promised it would be yesterday) but heard nothing since. My suggestion/advice would be to avoid purchasing from Levi.com at all costs. I was told this hadn't happened before... Then I saw the reviews on this site. Shame on you Levi.com
