RCA refurbished 26" TV, sold by Sears online. Arrived 5/21. Charged to my Sears charge account as a 50th birthday present for daughter. 8/3 when turned on the screen had the look of shattered glass, but glass was intact. I am still paying on a TV that has only had minimum use after 44 days. It is unacceptable that Sears shouldn't stand behind a product they sell. I paid 156.33 for a piece of junk that was languishing on a shelf somewhere. I would be satisfied if I was refunded the money on my charge and I would then buy another TV on my charge.
I have used my Sears charge a lot and I can change that if heed be.
