I went on a wakeboarding weekend where my hurley board shorts tore open. I think I paid R250 (south african rands) for them. I emailed them to say what happened. They replied to the email within the same night, (sunday night) and they asked me to send them a picture. I did so and without further question they asked for my adress and sent me the latest Hurley Phantom board shorts that are worth R1400 in the shops here in SA. I am very happy with their customer services!
