I purchased a dining set and area rug from the Brick in June. Biggest mistkate. The no interest is a scam, this should be illegal!
Items were delivered, damaged, June 15th. I called the Brick the same before assembling, the manager called me back and offered $100 credit. I called the finance department - HSBC-
July 12th still no credit.
I called finance, they told me to call the store, they told me to call customer service, finally got customer service - oops I can see the credit but the manager didn't send it to the finance... You need to call finance and give them this reference #.
June 15th - ALMOST a month to get a credit and do the leg work.
I receive a "new" statement with old amount, no credit.
By then, I'm bombarded with calls: everything hour from 8:42am until 10 or 11pm!

So I called the finance people again: guy told me that he was going to update my account and CANCEL interest charges. And I requested that they stop calling me.
But the calls keep on coming - every 2 hours, from morning to evening.By then I’m cursing them!
July27th: Tired of the calls, I called the finance people: Why are you people still calling me when it says that I have 3 months/no interest??? I read it back to them to no avail.
Interests: July 12 $. 38 and July 12th ~$4.
I called finance, (11:35 to 12:00) they said I made 2 purchases. I ONLY MADE ONE! One! But the guy would not listen. He told me to call the store because he doesn’t know what the other charges are for. All he knows is that I owe $20!! Seriously?
All those calls for $20?? My payment is not due until September!
I think they are for Taxes and delivery.
After waiting for 15 minutes, you have to call back and select another option.
I called back, selected the service option, guy tells me he can’t help me, he’s in delivery.
I’m pissed - NEVER use the brick again. Their service sucks A#%$. No service after sales. They are rude and useless.
